Robotics Skills Competitions
The Institute of Innovative Technologies in Business, together with the Creonomics Cluster, is organizing the International Robotics Skills Championship. The prize fund will be supported by the INFRA-M Publishing Holding and the Znanium electronic library system.
Robotics Skills is a unique platform for showcasing cutting-edge technologies and professional skills in the field of robotics and digital manufacturing.
The Championship brings together the best specialists, students, and young professionals from around the world to demonstrate how robotics is transforming the industry today and shaping the future of tomorrow.
6 competencies of professional skills
Digital production. Participants will need to develop a digital twin of production, conduct virtual testing, and optimize the actual production process, presenting the results in a presentation to experts.
Team composition: 4 participants + 1 companion expert.
Lean Manufacturing – Teams will receive a digital production model. Their task is to analyze its state using Lean Six Sigma tools, make improvements, re-analyze, and create a presentation report.
Team composition: 2 members + 1 expert companion.
Additive manufacturing. – Participants will need to develop a missing component by creating a 3D model and printing the part on a 3D printer, as well as create a model of interchangeable grippers for a robotic device, and develop their own device according to the given conditions.
Team composition: 1 participant + 1 expert companion.
Robotic welding. – Participants will have to set up the equipment according to the established parameters, process the workpiece, including welding and subsequent electrode trimming, and clean the tool.
Team composition: 1 participant + 1 expert companion.
Industrial robotics. – Participants will develop a digital twin of a robotic cell, perform virtual commissioning, and test the program they wrote on real industrial equipment.
Team composition: 1 participant + 1 expert companion.
Warehouse logistics and mobile robotics. – Participants will have to write a control program for a warehouse mobile robot and optimize warehouse processes in a digital twin of production.
Team composition: 1 participant + 1 expert companion.
